Severe gynacomastia skin excess removal

My chest is deformed and has killed me self confidence and getting into relationships. How much would this bother someone having these scars? I am 26 and had surgery nearly 2 years ago, the scars still have not faded properly

I was very overweight most of my life and lost 100lbs twice so my body was pretty messed up. I had severe gynocomatia so after the weight loss it left me with very low sagging skin in the chest area which had to be removed
