The guy in the pic working at mcdonalds still makes a lot more than a million other people who choose to live on the streets... at least he is holding his head up and dignity far beyond... can't tell yo the amount of young people who aren't handicapped on the street just making nothing g of their life... so it's always good to be employed and needed than to be useless and helpless to society... minimum wage is tough but it can still make the poorest of the poor happy... money does not buy you inner happiness and true love.
Having a visibly low-income (or imitating such) is actually a fantastic litmus test to weed out the women who aren't worth your time!
You may be a bit depressed with how many women are completely worthless leeches, but that will just make finding the rare exception all the more satisfying.
If you ever actually get rich, make sure to carefully present yourself as being very low-income and only being able to pay for yourself 99% of the time. Any woman worth your time is going to be able to pay for her own shit and won't have a problem with your income as long as she doesn't have to pay you anything.
An adult relationship is about companionship, not prostitution.

Lmao i love this questions because it really shows women's true colors. They shout "I'm not a gold digger" but then they set the bar "you need to make this much". I don't make minimum wage. But i do make below the median income. But i started investing in my early 20's and 30's. Lived below my means, and now some years i make more from my investments than i do at my job (it's like making 2 incomes). Barring a market meltdown that lasts more than a decade i'll be a millionaire before i retire. And i love telling dates what i do and how much i make. Because if they know any of my contancts it eventually gets back to rhem my what my net worth is. It's funny how many of them want to give it another go with me lmao. Too late honey you already showed me your true colors. And it would never work out anyways. Because i'm still the cheap mofo that got me to this point. :)
I suspect you can find a woman to date you if you don't have debts, a criminal record or health problems. However, she is more likely to have psychological problems, financial problems, be obese, and have kids.
Have you thought about taking on a second job and possibly cutting expenses?
For the record, this is why we need $15/hour min. wage in the US.
Then any job is livable. Two fulltime $15/hour jobs is $50,000/year. Soo, not wealthy, but not poor in the US either. Depending on the state, but even in Ca it's doable.
I don't think there's anything wrong eith conplacency if and only if they have pursued other career options, recieved education and found those other paths yo be not for them. Personal happiness > $$$ to a limmited extent.
I voted A. If he’s complacent and ok working minimum wage I won’t date him, because how will he support a family one day? And if he doesn’t want a family? Ugh... not my kind of guy. However, if he is working a minimum wage job while pursuing a better paying career then he should still try.
I think each situation is unique. I personally wouldn’t date if I couldn’t afford to take someone out to eat... yes I’m saying this as a female. If I can’t afford to take him out I don’t think I deserve to date. That being said what if he’s in school? What if he’s working on his own business and works there for extra money/easy work? It depends
Not for me tbh. I guess it somewhat depends on his future plans and his ability to live a self sustaining life style. But the way you put it, $10/hr, has to live with someone else suggests that he has no other source of income, no savings and no specific education or business or career plans... in which case, he'd need to find someone that's in a similar life position... and that isn't me.
There are plenty of men in their thirties making minimum wage that are in relationships. If I like someone then that's not an issue because I have my own money to support us. They of course have to have drive though. Whether it's aiming for manager, furthering their education, or switching jobs to something that pays a little more. My best friend works as a stocker at Walmart and he gets more than minimum wage.
"have to have drive" Because he's just a walking ATM who is worthless if he doesn't provide women with resources. But if he demands sex in return he's a rapist.
@numalesoybeans what is wrong with wanting someone to have ambition? You can't support a family on minimum wage. And she said she has her own income and it does not really matter if he makes relatively nothing... Also, if you "demand" sex you might as well be a rapist... coerced concent is not consent...
@JakeMist86 if she feels entitled to a guy who makes decent money then he should be entitled to get regular sex from her whenever he wants. Instead they made these ridiculous "marital rape" laws, so he still has to earn sex from her as if he was a total stranger. This essentially makes her not a wife but a parasite.
You are not ever "entitled" to someone's body... I would personally say that is disgusting and akin to rape. What you are looking for is called a prostitute...
@JakeMist86 and a woman is not entitled to a mans's house and food just because he's her husband. She should sleep at her mother's or in the dog kennel.
I feel bad for you and every woman in your life. A shared partnership is not entitlement, it is respect and cooperation to create a household. If you don't want her there then don't. Anyone that says his wife or partner to sleep in the kennels... well, you should be castrated... your are sick, and you are disgusting... and a racist... might as well snap a collar around her neck and bring her to heel...
@numalesoybeans I honestly think you would probably just prefer a sex robot. You buy it once, it doesn't feel entitled to your stuff or need affection or time from you and you can demand all the sex you want, after all you already paid for it and it needs to pay its does for you letting it into your home...
@JakeMist86 you're seriously fucked in the head. Tell me, where you raised by an abusive feminist single mother? I can't see any other reason you'd turn out this way.
I respect women, why don't you? It is not mental illness to expect others to be respectful... I do think that is unacceptable to treat people like objects... If we are going to talk about abuse, why do you hate them so much?
@NumaleSoybeans Uhm.. how does wanting my S. O to have motivation= provide for me? As I've already stated I have my own income. But, uh.. have fun trolling :)
Minimum wage got my adrenaline caged. I'm full of venom and rage. Especially when I'm engaged and my daughter's down to her last diaper. It's got my ass hyper. I pray to god answers, maybe I'll ask nicer.
Em could get a girl on minimum wage and then become successful, maybe you can too. ;) That pic really is sad.
He should be honest about his situation early on with women are are interested. First, you don't want them to find out after they are invested and second, by setting expectations, you can go on cheap but imaginative dates. Women who are turned off would not work out anyway. I lost my job just as I started dating a woman and told her early on. She decided that I was more honest than most and we grew closer (and we are now married).
I don't think wage or age has anything to do with dating. There are plenty of people in the same situation, you just need to find the one that besides having things in common, wants to grow, and wants you to grow with her. It's not too late, if you have ambition :), don't give up
Of course he can try! I think every work is dignifying. Just be mindful what woman you wan to have as a partner. A lot of woman, (im one of those) think that our partner will be a compliment that represents ourselves when we are at our best moments a well in our crisis. So be mindful of what are your standards when you are interested in a woman, since if you are seeking to "specific" qualities, you either already have them or are actively working and pursuing them with your effort.
I'm 40 and I deliver pizza for a living. I have no problems going on dates even after they know what I do for a living. I do it because it's a fun job full of smiles and with tips I make about 20 an hour. But I did pay off all my outstanding bills before going back to that job. Which I think is the key here. Most women seemed amazed that I could do that on my own.
Personally, I wouldn't want to date a guy that isn't equal to me in education or career wise. I've dated a guy once and we both wasn't on the same level. It didn't work out. I would rather date someone whose a uni graduate with a career.
@AperolSpritz thankyou for that correction. Given her poor English ability here I'm thinking it was the guy who was above her education level and didn't want to date her.
What if he is a really amazing person and women are overlooking him because he doesn’t have much? There is a difference between someone who is money tight and trying to improve himself and someone who isn’t motivated.

When women chase after money, that's usually exactly what they get. Instead of what they really wanted.
VR husband?
Nah it's a Frank & Morty reference.
@Boppy uhh uhhh uhh i dunno rick

$15/hr will only be a boost in living standards for a short time until companies raise the prices of everything to absorb the added labor cost
That ought to be legislated away.

@JakeMist86 Thanks, lol.
The guy is clearly a troll.
No. He should focus on improving his financial situation unless he wants to be a walmart greeter when he’s 60s.
He should focus on building resources because regardless of dating it makes life way less stressful later on.
As far as dating, in this day and age don’t spend more than like $5 on a ‘date’. Don’t support dinner whores.
Minimum wage got my adrenaline caged. I'm full of venom and rage. Especially when I'm engaged and my daughter's down to her last diaper. It's got my ass hyper. I pray to god answers, maybe I'll ask nicer.

Women want the wealthiest guy she can attract and men want the hottest girl he can afford. - Tom Leykis
https://youtu.be/WITBBVLAMkQAlso, when it comes to dating, a man's income is inversely proportional to a woman's weight. So, fat girls generally hook up with poor men.
This video sums it all up.

What about a poor gentleman who was blessed with a rather large and beautiful penis? With perfect proportions along with a well rounded mushroom head?
*Weren't * on the same level
@supercutebutt omfg mushroom head? You’re one of the only few girls I've ever heard describe a penis in a loving light
I borrowed the description from Texaskid1. That's pretty much how he described his endowment.
@supercutebutt kind of sad for a dude to quality his penis in such a detailed manner
Qualify**
@AperolSpritz thankyou for that correction. Given her poor English ability here I'm thinking it was the guy who was above her education level and didn't want to date her.
Wtf, penis size doesn't matter. I can care less about that.
@musicmayhem my English isn't poor. It's called being tired. Have you ever been tired? No, just an ass.
The idiom is, "I couldn't care less". Saying that you can care less means you care a little bit.

Agreed
Then it's their loss...
