is this considered racist or acceptable?
i think about how women pick and choose who they want to share their bodies with, who they want to share their lives with.
us men have the right to pick and choose too, right?
Mentioning "because that one specific race is very dramatic, troublemakers, legal, aggressive, violent, liberal..." is racism.
However, mentioning "because I feel like that one specific race has an image of very dramatic, troublemakers, legal, aggressive, violent, liberal characters to me, even though I know it's just a generalization. " is not racism but more like personal taste.
i like ur opininon, but i think any race either way it is said will take offense to it. but thanks fo the opinion,.
no, i dont. thank you for the opinion.
To single them out because of their race and assume they are violent or whatever could be a little bit but not being attracted to them is just your personal preferences. Sometimes cultures clash and if they don't seem right for you then you have no obligation to date them just to look more pc.
In short no. People might not be attracted to people of a certain race. That’s out of their control and not prejudice at all
But if a person assumes things about another race off the bar and avoids dating them for that prejudice reason... that’s bad.
It’s funny how women are so much more picky about this and yet act so PC otherwise.
It depends how you phrase it.
You can be selective to this extent, but here's the thing. Instead of saying I only date black people, say "You're a great person but I can't see us together".
The thing is, you don't want to be perceived or titled as racist, but you can be without it being known.
which im sure many people are like this.
In today's day and age, especially how connected we are I like to say this.
1% of 7 billion is 70 million.

When it's just personal, physical preference, then no, there's nothing wrong with that.
When it's based on prejudice and stereotypes like you described, then no, it's definitely not okay, and is definitely racist
People are individuals. Judging anyone on the basis of race is racist.
i liked that... that's good.
date who you like but if your choice is based on stereotyping or racial profiling rather than basic attraction then yes it can be seen to be racist
Preferance should never be questioned, I like Asian chicks over white chicks, if someone has a problem with that, I'd say go date Tue white chicks I'm clearly not interested in.
Yes, people can say " oh, i'm just not attracted to them or whatever" that's because they're racist.
No it's not.
