I guess they feel pressured to be around women. Realistically society acts like women are the best thing to ever exist so why wouldn't they be desperate for attention. There are also plenty of desperate women, the issue is thing is they collective have the upper hand. For every lonely desperate woman, there will be an even lonelier and more desperate man, so if they want attention they don't have to look hard

That's correct. I don't cross paths with a lot of creepy desperate guys, and if I do, in person they are much less inclined to outright tell me "send bobs and vagene" and that type of thing. Also, in person, it's easier to just sidestep a guy who seems creepy, the number of them is greatly outweighed by the number of normal guys.
