Examples... Girly girls
Examples... Tomboys
I don't think there is any way to answer this question, without properly defining terms.
I like what I would consider "girly girls", which to me means feminine temperament, feminine demeanor/expression/body language, and feminine style of clothing/hair/makeup/etc.
I would consider myself mostly "masculine". I have a very masculine temperament and demeanor. My clothing style is like athleisure/streetwear, so men's clothing, but not especially "macho" (like jeans, boots, and flannels or whatever). I do have long hair, which seems to be considered "feminine" in our culture, but I think that's a mistake. That said, I hate sports, I hate getting dirty, and I hate anything that could be considered "country". I've also never bothered to learn how to fix a car, or a sink, or whatever. I'd rather just focus on my art, make money, and pay someone else to do it. Almost all of my interests would fall under the "nerdy" category, which isn't inherently masculine or feminine.
I don't really know how else to answer this question.

Tomboyish Girly Girls FTW.
I don't know. I don't like the stereotypical girly girl or tom boy at all, because they seem really fake or try-hard, and sometimes even the way someone talks when they are extremely one or the other sort of grates on my nerves both ways to be honest. I just like girls who are normal. Or just slightly any which way. But not obnoxiously so-- not obnoxiously anything.
Girls who grew up in rural areas with conservative parents. Preferably homeschooled. They are normally nice. If I have to pick a category it's those girls.
Masculine men prefer feminine women, and vice-versa.
We all go through phases when we're young where we think we want a partner that's just like us, but in practice it's not what we're instinctively drawn to. We're different for a reason, for are difference compliment each other, and that is why our instincts will be drawn to that in practice.
Look up a woman named Norah Vincent sometime, and how she disguised herself as a man for two years to learn more about men and women, and how she learned that particular lesson head on. (skip to 11:08)
I voted for TomBoys, however not the typical Tom Boy. Well maybe it is the typical Tom Boy but here are the details.
TomBoys wear backward hats and roughed up shirts and jeans, which can be highly attractive. But my view is more of the sporty TomBoy, the girl that can listen to a conversation and have input (she can't know more than me though) She also needs to at least root for one of my favorite teams so i can buy her clothing for that team, super sexy to see a girl wearing your favorite teams gear. A sporty girl that can also be girly girly is a major turn on.
So my vote is for the Hybrid TomBoy.
I'm a masculine
Type guy. Id say I'm attracted to Girly girls, or more precisely artsy creative types. I Don't know exactly where that is between "girly girl" and "tom boy".
I find my outlook and thinking is sorta dower and over structured at times. Making relationships with creative types a real breath of fresh air. Their more fluid less serious outlook on things is fun and fascinating thing to be apart of. It also allows me a chance to cast off some of my serious nature and live in the moment, something that is difficult for those with my temperament.

A tom boy is more about behavior than how they dress… A girl that grew up with me in my neighborhood use to model (back before all this instagram shit) but she also played tackle football with us… You can be a tom boy and still be girly and dress in cute clothes. You just can’t be a wimp.
Damn, I didn't pick an option because I fit into all of them. I'm not super masculine, but I'm definitely not feminine. I'd like a tomboy, but not to the point of looking like a lesbian. But I have always wanted that girly girl with the pom poms and the giggles, just once at least.
I'm sorry id consider myself more feminine but voted on the masculine :( I'd say Tom boy for the simple fact that she's more relaxed and likes to have fun. I'd prefer a girl that relaxes tomboy but can dress up girly during certain occasions like a dress for an art gallery
Technically speaking my true answer isn’t actually listed here so I’ll put it in my explanation comment xD
I’m actually something between a masculine and feminine guy, having been raised by mostly women, and my preference for girls is “girly girl” for going out on something like a date, or perhaps to a formal dinner, but when just going out casually, I don’t mind a girl who can look great while being tomboyish; for example a girl whose hair clearly marks her as a girl (i. e a hairstyle that no guy could pull off) but while also wearing more masculine clothing xD In my mind, as long as she looks good and what she’s wearing is comfortable, I don’t care what she wears (well, up until a certain point of lost integrity in terms of the clothing itself) xD
"Attracted to"
No, I can never attracted to any woman. Yes, I do however find women with short BOY CUT hairstyle attractive.
I am sure know the difference between finding a woman attractive and being attracted to a woman, both are two different things.
I like a girl who's a bit of both because I am old fashioned so I like feminine women but at the same time I'm a small town/country guy so I like a girl who'd go hunting or fishing with me and do activities like that.
So I like a nice little balance between the two ideally.
I'm masculine, and I like all kinds. If a girl is hot and has a great personality, I don't care if she's girly or tomboyish. If she's attractive, she's attractive. In fact, I would say my ideal type of girl is an athlete, is strong, has natural muscle (i. e. no steroids), isn't afraid to get dirty being physical, but also knows how to dress up when it's time.
There are good qualities in both. So I couldn't say that I would pick one over the other.
But would rather have someone that would work beside me in life than have to be pretty every single moment of the day.
That would also mean that I would work beside her.
I would say girly girls. Unfortunately for me, nearly every tomboyish girl I've ever been attracted to turns out to be a lesbian. I would consider myself to be a masculine guy, but not in the macho, tough-guy sense.
I like the person for the person, not their style. Sure clothing choice can play a part in the initial attraction, but that matters less exponentially as time progresses. And I'm a lot more complex than masculine or feminine. I'm human, I don't try to hide aspects of myself just because man made social rules say something about it.
I don't believe in gender roles, they are just stereotypes.
Every man, and every woman is an individual, there are no "masculine" or "feminine" guys... I'm neutral, I don't like things that are too "masculine" or extremely "feminine".
If you are referring to a certain type of behaviour and clothing style in girls, then I definitely prefer tomboyish girls (sporty and casual, camo style and other unisex clothes) - practically like the last two girls in the pictures above.
either is fine
Tomboy is a problem when she is trying really hard to pull off a masculine appearance and a girly girl is a problem when she is too artificial.
I guess I’m a strange mix of those. I’m masculine and I like manly things (hot cars, girls, guitars and the great outdoors). I also like deep conversation a romance. I’m like action movies and the occasional chick flick. Weird, I know. I also like girly girls and Tom boys too. What’s a guy to do?
I don't like labels. I'm neither masculine or feminine. I don't feel the need to beat my chest in the presence of other guys but if a guy crosses me i'm not afraid to let him know it.
And when it comes down to women all i want is her to be her self and have a good heart. I wouldn't do well with a woman who wants to be regarded as a princess all the time.
Opposites attract. I am a masculine man and prefer feminine girls. It's the ideal combination. Unfortunately the population of girly girls is shrinking.
