What do I do now?

I started talking with this girl I went to highschool with back in early November. Surprisingly, we hit it off and we talked for a few weeks. She was a few hours away for school, but she was down for Thanksgiving. She came and said hi and brought me some food during my shift on black Friday.
She had to go back during the weekend because she still had school. But she opened up about herself, how she felt with her family and what happened with her ex.
I offered several times to go and see her, but she wouldn't let me. My schedule was so inconsistent, I'd be there for only a few hours with her and she kept saying it wouldn't be fair. But we arranged to spend her Christmas break together.
As the time came, she told me I was an amazing guy and she was so glad I found her. But she had something she needed to talk to me about.
During the first day, she cut our time short saying she felt sick and told me on the car ride back that she wasn't truly over her ex and she felt so bad because I'm such a great person, and she really likes me. She said she just needed to be over him before she could move on with me.
I was disappointed, but I understood. I felt terrible. She looked like she was gonna cry and I reached over and held her hand. She didn't say anything else until we got to her parents place.
I told her I had to go through the same thing and I understand how she felt and everything. She still looked sad, and I kissed her cheek and said it's ok and I understand.
I walked her up, and she gave me a big hug. Then as I almost left she ran back and gave me another one.
But... She's been so cold and hard to talk to since. She made plans and would cancel them and she's barely talked to me since that day and she left to go back to school.

I don't know what to do. She seemed genuine, but I feel like I've been lied to.
What do I do now?
