Do you find women with a certain special or rare appearance or personality attribute that "sticks" out among the other population?

I think natural, not bleached, blond hair is cute and hot on a woman, even if that means her eyebrows are also very light and looks kind of like an albino. I think it's hot-looking and unique, which is funny since many of those girls complain about their natural brows and pencil them or something.
