TEXTING DURING 1 ON 1 HANGOUTS?

So I recently started talking to a woman more frequently than I did in the past and eventually I wanted to see if she wanted to play some pool. This past week, we hung out and for half of the hangout (whenever it wasn't her turn essentially) she was on her phone texting her friends.

As this was not a date (otherwise the answer would of been rather clear because phone etiquette is a thing when it comes to dates), should I still be upset or am I being a bit of a baby over it?

Also yes, I am interested in getting to know her better and seeing if dating is an option down the line.

I would also like to mention she seemingly had a lot of fun during billiards as well. She laughed a lot, smiled a lot, roasted me for missing my shots and I in return would roast her back as well. I just wasn't too appreciative of the constant texting during a hang out.

My questions to be precise are:

1. Should I care about the texting as it was a hangout?

2. Should I continue pursuing her as the overall hangout was a fun time for us both even if I was thrown off by the texting?
