It can be if you put a lot of effort into making the meal and it's one of her favourite things.
It can also be a nice surprise for them to come home to if you live together.

Yes because it Shows dedication to your date for example if you cook an hard to make meal even if it isn't perfect or you even failed it should Show to the other Person that you tried

I might but then if she wanted a second date if expect her to cook for me, if she isn't good enough then I'd walk out before even finishing what she cooked.

It would show me that for the rest of the relationship she would expect me to take the majority of house tasks while she gets to sit on her lazy arse whining about everything.

Cooked for many people i dont like. I was a cook. Lol i cook for my girlfriend the majority of the time. She is not good at it and hurts herself. Actually never dated a girl that is good at cooking. Last one knew how to make pbjs and rice. I find now adays, most women go out to eat, unless it’s owning a restaurant or a tv show fighting a male dominated space, they aren’t interested.
