Why did she block me for trying to help her?

I went out on three dates with this girl, and she said that after the third date that she isn't the person for me. She was struggling with demons and she's still trying to maintain being sober and she said she couldn't be in any kind of relationship.
She said I was a wonderful person, and she's not worth my time and I needed to move on. We went back and forth for a while, and she stopped responding. I told her I'd be there for her and I'd help her, but she kept saying those things
I tried to call her, but after a ring, I go straight to voicemail. I've been blocked.
