What can I do about this so I can go out with her?

I started talking to this girl and we've hit it off so far. I told her I was hoping to get to know her more and possibly go out with her.
She said she absolutely wants to get to know me more, but she has a complicated relationship with another guy. What she told me is they both admitted to having feelings, but all he does is flirt and won't hold her hand, kiss her or act like they are dating at all. They just hang out
What can I do?

Do not worry about your competition. What you should be doing is getting her attention and showing her a good time. Take it from someone who has successfully done this...

Eh, I've tried. But she doesn't seem interested anymore.
We had a good back and forth, and it became one sided, and then she said she was busy and she'd talk to me the next day.
She's been online, but hasn't said anything to me.
Last thing I said was I hoped she had a good night. She read that🤷‍♂️
