I can't speak for Canada. But African-American women have no issues dating "White" guys. I think the question needs to be put to "White" guys. At "Black" dating sites, I run into plenty of non-"Black" women. I can't say much for vice versa. Most African-American women talk about lack of interest from other groups. Mostly I hear about "White" guys being disinterested. But there is one group that consistently seems to be okay with dating and marrying "Black" women.
