Why does this girl keep doing this?

There is a girl that shows me signs of attraction at work. During a 15 min conversation she did the following around 5 times. She looks into my eyes, starts licking her lips or biting her lower lip while while slowly looking down. Sometimes she would be doing it and then very quickly looking away. Also sometimes I would not be looking at her and look back at her and catch her doing and she would quickly look away.

She’s honestly sizing you up, she’s looking at your face seeing if you take care of your yourself, do you shave, are your nose hair trimmed do you have stuff in your eyes and she might like your face. and the lip licking have you ever seen dry lips they look bad she’s probably trying to make yourself look nice

She looks at what she wants but can't have for some reason or other like maybe she has a boyfriend or husband. Who knows. She keeps looking but doesn't pursue so it's probably something like that.
