The point is anywhere you can talk to people, just put yourself out there and at some point, talking may become more...

One of my mates met his wife through mutual friends at a bar, I chatted to her for half an hour and I knew they'd get on, didn't know how much... if you're not there, you'll miss the opportunity.

All just hearsay (my auto correct prefers heresy...) I wouldn't know anything.

Just talk with women, wherever!! Target, grocery stores, or even the Verizon store!!
Yeah, I went in for a charger and this delightful lady just smiled, and was so welcoming. I made her laugh, several times, and then blush, saying that her braided hair 'crown' made he look like Royalty.
She printed the receipt, and wrote her number on it, and "Call me!" with a smiley face!
Of course!! We have a date tomorrow night!
