Why do men mostly prefer tall girls?

My boyfriend told me he would like me to be a decimeter taller. I feel like I am less attractive tham tall women now. I often heard that men prefer tall girls in general.

Why do guys prefer tall women? Is there any reason?

I used yo have a “preference” for tall women then I dated a couple smaller ones and even became very involved with one and her being her she altered my feelings on the matter. Heck, my newest gal is even smaller and every bit effing gorgeous. I would not change a thing about her.

Tall girls are often in better shape and stronger than shorter girls. They can eat more without having to worry about gaining weight. My girlfriend is 188cm and I wouldn't change a thing about her.

they don't unless, they're litterally giants, like 6'5 or something. most guys don't have a preference for hight except "smaller than them".

there was a girl from sweden on here some time ago, that was asking a lot for hight preferences in men cause swedish men had made her super insecure about it. that's how i learned, that swedish men prefer taller girls. i don't think that's typical anywhere else.

I live in Italy. I dont know if what most guys here prefer. It seems tallish girls are a bit more popular on average. But short girls dont really struggle either, as long as they are not way shorter than average.

i'm sure sweden is an exception :) i personally like smaller girls. they look cute. but i think guys are into the long legs thing and smaller girls often seem more compact.

They are in Italy too. But as I said, it is not that deep as it is in Sweden I guess. I am 163cm so I am like average here. I think most men "ideally" would prefer someone taller than me, like 170-175cm or so

Is it same in Germany too? I have heard some of them like small girls like my height.

i'm 175 actually xD i'm slightly below average for germany and to me, 163 is totally fine. it just gets a bit awkward at 150 and beneath, cause then you gotta convince people you're not dating a minor xD
