It actually depends upon a lot of things.
1) how did we meet
2) how common are our tastes are
3) how likely are we going to work together/ spend official time
4) is the other person single
5) is she displaying her trust on me and talking about her life to me
6) do I see a nice bond which could be maintained and improved further
I agree in someone is attractive I get awestruck for days, weeks, months but I believe it is important to look at the above factors. at least I try to do

I had not just attraction but fell in love so hard in 1st grade I still vividly remember all thjngs about her I was so madly in love with her that I could see her name everywhere, I have this impeccable taste in women but I am destined to be alone or not with the one I like
Not long at all. The second day I started talking to this one boy, I found myself so so sure that he was the one for me. We're still talking and I like him more and more every time we talk, so I suppose those initial feelings were valid.
Attraction is on sight. Feelings, if I spend a few solid hours with someone I may find myself developing feelings. The tough part is when it starts to get serious, that's when my doubts and anxieties kick in.

It's hard for me to trust people so it takes a long time for feelings to form. I typically won't develop romantic or sexual feelings until after I get to know someone really well and are really good friends.
After a few dates. I can't say exactly after how many dates but it also depends on what we do and how much time we spend together during those dates that might me feel more or less attracted.
Depends on what "kind" of feelings they are. Lust and attraction takes about a nanosecond. Liking someone may take a conversation and no more. Loving someone is a much longer time, but there's no way to measure that.
On a physical level, instantly. On an emotional level, maybe a month or so.
One month of continuous interesting convos and fun and flirting is enough for me to develop a feeling TBH.
An attraction?
