Here's this in easy terms: I've never dated, but this guy likes me via online and I like him too obvi. We have known each other for months. Should my first relationship be online or should I wait until I find someone irl? ^^

A long time ago I had meant someone just like you ,, it was me lol another story,, any way she way shy and was to nervous about everything she chatted thst part of her and didn't know how to get over it about 2 or 3 days later I got a message from her telling me about a question I answered for her and it came to me then ,, I told her I might be able to help her get through this I told her this is what we should do if she wanted I told her every day for 30 days she had to send me a message saying hi or had to ask a question she said she would love to about the 5th day She asked whst it was like havng a girl friend then she told me shevwanted a boyfriend really bsd but dint know whst to say or even how to tslk to guys i asjed her uf she wabt to find out she said know she was to scared i said you dont have to be i said the moment you send me our cha her question. She had to send me another one every day for 30 days I said if u had a boyfriend ehat would you sa y to him I said ok pretend we have been online girlfriend AN BOYFRIEND FOR 5 MONTHS we know each other very good you can ask anything after 30 days she said than u you changed my life she totally got in to it and said she wanted to do it again for 30 days except this time in had to pretend this time she was my girlfriend and I said I did she said I sucked at it lol I said really I said ok you asked for it lol. And so we did it and after 30 days she said I was the best boy friend ever lol but she said she was not afraid to talk to any one anymore she's now married but will still send me a message saying hi boy friend and even try to flirt but it helped her she said in manyways ok so what was your question again. Lol and as you can see I don't proof read I just send lol so I hope u can under stand what it says lol

There is no right answer in my opinion. The internet success in love is rare and vary risky. But so is real love. Irl dating is in shambles, dating apps , Metoo, social media has destroyed most traditional dating, so date, be sure to have backup the first few times you meet because thier are dangers out there much worse than a broken hart. do coffee ina public-lace. PLay it by ear, be careful, be o-en and have fun, life’s to short to walk away from a possible happiness, save the sex for later, as a guy, ,,, hold it back, the trip can be much more fun then destination and delayed gratitude makes the goal so much better

Find someone IRL!
dont make the mistake of an itnernet relationship, it is time consuming, and mentally draining. You also need to put in more effort and create a plan to be together irl or its a waste of time.
You may also miss the opportunities to be with someone for real.
Another thing, people seem amazing online and in person they are much different, so be careful

I am not saying its impossible, just being honest about some of the problems

What do you mean with online? If it's a long distance relationship, DO NOT get in one. You will regret it. Because both of you will have a fictional version of the relationship in your heads and you will always end up wishing and craving instead of experiencing a true direct relationship. Most LDRs fail and that is a known fact. You deserve someone who hold you and spend time with you physically.

You can date both online and irl. Don’t become exclusive (His girlfriend) till you meet and hang out irl with a guy. Until then you can talk, flirt, and have good connections both online and irl. Problem with committing to someone online is you miss out on some important aspects of a real relationship.
