I would take into consideration what his profile details are, and respect what he IS searching for. Definitely keep the "I am interested in a real relationship, true connection, NO hookups" as the primary line.
The 3rd line "Looking for a real date" I would remove that. As some women / men, may take it into note as you're looking for a real person to take out on a real date, (just a date, so basically YOU offering them out on a date, which they may expect you to treat them to, to cover the costs of dinner, transport, etc.)
