I understand that he wants a minimum of intelligence of that date rather than just be nice looking and dumb.

To me, that is a warning not to bother him if you don't have an IQ of at least 160.

Also, his entire text is confusing at best as he does not seem to know how to write proper sentences that make sense.

That is a big red flag to me and I would not even go on a date with a person that believes that because you look pretty, you must be uneducated. Fingers off!

I think he’s just blunt, or I don’t know…
In the end he was basicaly saying that intelligence is a good quality that he’s attracted to because he doesn’t want to date anyone very attractive but stupid.
Not really judgmental or entitled, he’s just stating his preference..
