What would you ladies think of a guy who said the following?

1.) I don't like to buy gifts for my girlfriend because I don't believe you should be showing love through materials and materialistic things can't show how much you love.
2.) I don't like to take girls out on dinner dates or movie dates because it's not to interactive and it's not an ideal date to really have time to connect and form a deeper bond.
3.) I'm not interested in being friends with my girlfriends friends. I wouldn't force her to get to know my friends or even be apart of their lives. Her friend are her friends and my friend's are my friends.

No. He’s a dickhead because he has no idea how these things work. Your logic is askew and makes no sense. No girl is going to like that - no because they’re a bad person, but because these are important parts of a relationship for some people.

Buying gifts for people is a nice way show them you care and think of them. It’s not materialistic; it’s showing someone you think of them and want to give them something special because they care. Most people are greatful for it and it can add to a relationship.

No girl is gonna date someone who won’t take them out on a date. It’s important bonding time, and it’s important to keep that little spark alive as people say. You can very easily bond over dinner or a movie. It’s romantic and special.

And absolutely no girl is gonna date someone who she doesn’t know the friends of. It really shows how someone is as a person: if they’re trustworthy and good. You should be friends with your partners friends, that’s just a given. A relationship is a partnership.

It’s not just men expected to do this, it’s girls too. Don’t make this a gender thing because it’s not. It’s just having a healthy relationship.

Hmhmhm 🧐 I can understand what you're saying, but just because you don't buy them things doesn't mean you aren't thinking of them. I simply don't give gifts because I wouldn't want to date a girl who's only in it because she wants to be baught things. When it comes to dates, I say an outdoor activity is the best. What I've learned is that there is also women who simply date a guy just to get free meals from him or use him for his money so they can do things, but when it comes to a date that doesn't require them to pay for something then they ain't interested. Now to the friends. All my friends are guys, I have no lady friends. The thing is that if your partner becomes friends with your friends or even hangs out with them with you, then it changes the dynamic of the group. Then y'all really can't behave the way you normally would. Guys act different around girls than they do with all guys. This one didn't cross my mind until now but I also hear that girls really be cheating on their man with their guy friends. To be honest if I got cheated on, I'd rather it be with a stranger than with one of my friends. So that's another.
