What do you think of a guy who tells a girl on a first date that he gets stood up a lot?

I was at Panera bread a few days ago. And there was this guy and girl sitting in the booth. It was obvious they were on a first date. This guy talked so loud. Anyone could hear him in the entire place... The girl went to the bathroom and when she came back to the table he said, "Oh you came back? I thought you were going to sneak out." I thought to myself, why would he admit that? That is so cringy and embarrassing. That is definitely not the way to get a girl to like you more. I know for sure that girl didn't go on second date with him.

Not doing a good job of selling himself. If you tell people you aren't worth their time, they'll likely agree with you. Shouldn't do it.
