I am 25 year old but What do you think I've never had a relationship?

I will be 25 years old in the winter but I've never had a partner so far.
I tried to use some dating apps sometimes for 3 years but it didn't work out for me to find someone. I felt like it is a vicious cycle so I deleted those apps last month.
I've dated with some guys but it didn't end up to being an official relationship. I experienced to sleep with some guys when I was young, so I am not a Virgin.
Some people approached me but I wasn't interested in them..
I guess I have a bad habit I refuse to reply to someone's feeling when someone likes me.
It makes me difficult to find a partner at the moment because of covid-19, and I plan to study abroad in other country next year.. I feel frustrated with this situation that i can't find someone..
I really want to find a perfect partner for me in real time, and settle down together in the future.
Do you have any pointers for me?

I always say to throw online dating out the window. It is nothing but shallow and weird. The best way to go about dating is always to have fun. Be exciting, smile. Be desirable. Go to places where you could meet someone, like a bar with your girlfriends, cafe. Guys love it when us, women, approach them ourselves since sadly it is not the norm today.
