Why does everyone stare at me everywhere I go?

1. you're wearing revealing clothing or expressing your walk in a provocative way.
2. Youve got dark hair and pale skin [catching peoples eyes]
3. you're looking around and acting out of the ordinary as though you dont have a plan
always have a plan because you are susceptible to criminals/predators/players.
4. You look suspicious and people are watching you to let you know you're being observed.
5. Someone is having you followed by their friendship circles when they know what time you'll leave a place and that you'd be walking to your next destination. Unfortunately I've had this happen, a group in a toxic workplace were doing this to have me leave.
Advice, just dont look them in the eyes, their aim is to intimidate you.

People tend to go out of their way not to stare or at least not make it obvious. The fact your noticing means they are consciously making an effort to let you know that their watching you. I can only co conclude that you have a criminal look about you and they think your up to no good
