If you want a fit chick you'll need to be in good health, it helps to be skinny built, thin but muscular and lean where it counts. This means having a cardio focused approach to working out and not a strength focused approach. I've got a 44in chest and a 32in waist with overall light definition, women in my experience don't tend to be attracted to that shape and tend to lean more towards thin guys with very little fat.

The way to get just about any woman is to be confident in yourself, be stable in your life, and be comfortable in your skin. You've gotta work and you've gotta be continuously working forever on being better than you were when you woke up.
