I think you might be a little anxious around girls... trust me they can smell that from miles away lol... and that often translate to unconfident and unattractive... this might be cheesy but just be yourself around girls... don't try to impress or over analyze every move... Just be natural... I'm speaking from experience... I'm a shy guy.. I've been nervous around girls , especially the really pretty ones... but then I embraced myself and thought that's who I am I might be shy so what... over the time I became nonchalant and not fazed by attractive girls... guess what? they sensed that and saw it as confidence and now they actually the one hitting on me and making the first move because when the guy is shy it's kinda adorable and mysterious lol... so , that's my two cents... Just be natural !
