Chances are good an ex is no where around me. But if so, or I see her on social media or whatever, unless she is showing interest in me again, then I think nothing at all because I know she wants nothing to do with me. And depending on what all has happened between you, it'll could change his view of you entirely and you'll never "look good" to him again lol. ie, doesn't matter what you look like physically

Girls at young age (beginning of 20s) will tend to still shift a lot in their needs and wants.
If she has an "ex"-status, I'd leave her there.
If later on she is still interested after growing more, then i'd consider.
