My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years with ups and downs, met most of his friends (except most of his female friends) and family and I just discovered he told his female friend last month that he got out of a relationship and is with friends with benefits. This is a female friend I do not know and she notified me when she found out about me. She told me that they talk every now and then to catch up to talk about like and her boyfriend, but stated he is single when she asked about his dating status. why would he tell her that?
