Guy wants to meet but never makes plans?

I've been talking to this guy I met online for almost a month. Every week he says he wants to meet soon or see me but never makes plans. Now I have responded with a maybe or we'll see but still he could pick or suggest when and where. There were also 2 weekends when we were out of town. Why keep telling me that and not follow through?

He’s just not interested and doesn’t have the balls or consideration to tell you. Just stop replying, he’s playing games and is incredibly immature. If he can’t make a suggestion to replace cancelled plans then he doesn’t like you. You shouldn’t be wasting your time with him, if you stop replying, he might wake up this time, if not go meet someone else who’s more emotionally invested in you!

You are probably right. Whats worse I even gave him an out I stopped replying to him for like 5 days but he still kept texting me. I literally ignored him mon wed and Friday. Then Saturday he texted again and I replied which I probably shouldn't have. That's when he said he wants to FaceTime and meet within the upcoming days. Like if you not interested just leave me alone. Take the out and go. Men are so irking!

possible that he is waiting on you to make a plan so that you are more comfortable and for your safety.
