Why does my boyfriend hide his future plans from me?

I just discovered that he is planing to go abroad for his studies , he never told me , I feel really upset about it , he still didn't tell me , I just knew when I went accidently through his email , is it a sign that he is not serious with me and doesn't have me in his future plans?

I'm sorry to tell you but you sound like you're just a fling. You best to just break up with him because he doesn't care about you. It means exactly that. You will never part of his plans. You're only temporary in his life. And you deserve better.

If he really cared to tell you something, then he should have just said something. It could be that he didn't want to say anything out of fear. But I think it's best for you to be mindful of why he doesn't even want to tell you. Because for most people they don't want long-distance relationships and that's they're right. But I say it like this. If you don't want long-distance anything then you shouldn't be investing in something knowing you're not going to be in a stable relationship.

That might be it but maybe he didn't want you to worry yet or he just wasn't ready to tell you about it yet or it isn't a sure thing yet. I don't know I'm not sure though. Best thing to do is ask him.

There’s a lot of things why he didn’t tell you maybe he’s afraid that he will lose you and if he tells you your relationship will be affected by it maybe he still studying this plan maybe its not gonna work and if he told you maybe he’ll lose you and if things didn’t work he’ll regret it just give it time or if you want talk to him and confront him about this subject and see his point of view
