Just create a plan for yourself to get comfortable around women. Practice flirting. And if the wrong women get too serious, tell them you are just a big flirt.

I've never had a crush on a celebrity in my life, having said that, why are you saying it like only women have crushes on conventiinally attractive celebrities, it's human nature. Men would choose todays beauty standard over anything aswell because media educates people to do so. It's toxic. I have no female friends who comment on mens bodies like that. However I have many male friends who do. All the time. That is only my friend group, however, and I don't generalize.
