Why won't my boyfriend eat in front of me?

He refuses to eat in front of me. Im shy too. But I didn't think guys were like that too. Why?

He's shy. It's irritating but its a possible sign of his genuine interest in you.
I made the mistake many years ago of not understanding some people. I met a young man kind and gentle. He was nervous of me. Being in a relationship I only ever saw him as a friend. And happily befriended him. But he liked me so much he could only see that changing once my ex was out the picture.
He turned on me when he learned I just didn't fancy him.
Don't let my situation deter you.
I told you just to highlight just how much this person truly liked me.
Being with someone is to love all of them warts n all.
Patience, Kindness, Respect and Understanding is a two way street.

Treat em mean my keep em keen. He's young and immature. He knows what he has in a person like you but is stupid and doesn't want to lose you (or just abusive) bottom line is, read all the comments on different posts here when people are kind they get taken advantage of. He learned that young. Now he's doing stupid things to ensure you don't go. Talk to him, about what you don't like and be firm.
No finals unless you follow through. example I really dislike when you talk to me like crap. The next time you do it I'm going to walk away.
Next time he talks to you like crap. Don't talk don't bitch just walk away.
If he chases you and asks you whats up and apologises, you can talk about it.
But if he resorts to inappropriate behaviour and name calling etc ignore him. Refuse to engage.
Know the limit of what you can take.
I also don't suggest to use this method to get more out of him beyond curbing his bad behaviour otherwise you are the exploitive and abusive partner.
*there's nothing wrong with being assertive and asserting how you like to be treated, but don't take the piss*

He is too young to handle a relationship by the sounds of things. Refrain from using such language though. Especially if you talk to him. I suggest, you decide if you want to see him mature into the guy you think he can be or find someone that is already there.
The choice is ultimately yours.
