Why does my boyfriend insist on feeding me everytime I eat around him?

We've been dating for about 3 months and everytime I go to his place he feeds me my food (until I'm finished completely) , and when we're out he always feeds me the first bite of my food. Now that doesn't bother me.
However when he asks me if I want him to feed me (even if he's working and I'm just eating) it gets weird because I'm a grown person. I'm not complaining, I'm just curious.

Wonder if he would object to feeding a baby every day if he were to have one? Men apparently don't like feeding babies or changing diapers. So it is weird that he would feed you. Maybe he threw some roofies in?

I would have to ask why he keeps doing it. "Do you think it's romantic? Who told you that? etc..." Also tell him how it makes you feel.
