With that said be confident. The answer is yes. You can't be ugly. But if you are average and have a great personality then absolutely you can score a chic that looks better than you. But you have to know what you are doing with women and how to date them etc.

Always remember. Women make decisions with men based on how the men make them feel. It doesn't matter if they are single or married or in a relationship. Absolutely! Most of the guys I've been in serious relationships with have been big and burly but not considered as attractive as me, although I thought they were.
