Moving into the same apartment complex as someone you used to talk too?

This girl and I talked for about a month almost two. We haven’t spoke in two months. I’m looking for an apartment to rent the problem I have is I found a place that’s perfect for my budget. But it’s the same complex as her. Should I reach out I don’t want anyone feeling like they getting stalked. Because it’s literally perfect for me. Or should I just do what’s best for me try and avoid her since I know where she lives and if we see each other oh well?
