Should I meet up with a guy I spoke to on tinder or is it a bad idea?

I met this guy on tinder a few months back and he’s now asked me to meet up for a walk. I’ve only ever had negative experiences from meeting guys on tinder and they’ve always been after sex only.

Another sign that I just don’t want to meet him is that he’s replying to my bikini photos which basically confirms what he’s after. I’m at that point in my life where I’m only looking for a relationship, not just meaningless sex

I would meet him, all good guys and bad guys will like your bikini photos, it doesn't necessarily mean he's not interested in a relationship.

Before you set a date though, there are important things to consider when meeting anyone from a web-based dating app.

First, know what you want from meeting this guy and tell him before meeting him. This action will determine ultimately if it's worth a shot. You don't get the relationship you're looking for from a guy by being a shut-in or by assuming potential parters know what you want from a relationship with them. If you're really ambitious, I'd ask what HE wants if he does want a relationship as well.

Second, give a friend the details on this guy and where you're meeting him, in case he's dangerous. Bring a weapon you know you're comfortable using in the event that a worse case scenario occurs. Meet somewhere public and don't except food or drinks from them.

Have you made it clear to him that you are a real relationship and not just sex? You should do what you feel is comfortable and if are having doubts than maybe you should not meet with him.

I say forget this guy and delete your Tinder account. Their are other dating sites available to you that aren't hook up sites.
