Should I meetup with him or not?

So I went overseas for Christmas just to another country that is 3 hours away by plane. I got my heart broken a few days before. I went on a date with this guy. I hadn't had any fun for awhile. Then a couple days later he drove 3 hours and met up with me to have fun one night. We didn't talk for a week until I messaged. Then we messaged a few times. Always sexting. We messaged each other for about 3 months. I decided enough was enough so I never replied to one of his texts. He never messaged again until 3 months later. We sexted a bit. Then two weeks later I sent a sexy photo. He messaged back. Then said he was coming to where I am living just a different city and we should meetup next week. So I said ya that would be fun. He just liked the message but never said anything. Its been a couple of days. Should we meetup? Should I say something? I am moving away in a month and a half.
