A 32 years old guy I matched with on a dating app (im 22) who suggested I go join him in a restaurant/bar late at night for a first time meeting, when I refused the next day he suggested I come to his house, I refused again then another day he suggested to come pick me up with his car so I quote him “we can go wherever you want” Should I meet him or not?

For a first meeting I'd go for a public place in the daytime. Separate transportation.
It's just safer that way and you can leave whenever you want.

Not directly, but no.
But it's a bit weird he wants you in a scenario where you can become intoxicated, has you in his house or in his car where he is in control.
None of these are safe options.
