For me it's all of the above:
1. Pushy or aggressive girls are usually bad tempered or violent, and both are instant turnoffs for me.
2. A girl who has her own opinion and does not listen to mine is being disrespectful to me and showing that she doesn't value me either. You can't have a relationship with someone you neither respect nor value.
3. Tattoos and body piercings make a girl look ugly in my opinion. Morbidly obese or emaciated girls need doctors and dietitians, not dates. None of this titillates me or makes me interested in a girl.
4. I'm 43, and and my age range would be 20-45 with a preference for girls closer to my own age. Any girl that is outside that, especially if she's under 18, will not interest me.
5. "A beautiful but empty headed woman reminds you of a pig with a gold ring in its snout." (Proverbs 11:22).
