What can a below average guy do to attract a girl?

What can he do if he is below average in looks, height, frame size and money.

I don't want to attract a lot of girls, i just want one girl to feel attracted to me, i want to live normally have someone next to me.

If you feel being below average is the problem of being in a relationship. Then first fix that. Go to the gym and build yourself up and groom yourself. Make yourself attractive first.

personally, and this is just me its probably not the same for a LOT of others, guys that are quiet get my attention really fast. when someone doesn't pay attention to me at first im like WHOA who are you? its called for some pretty awkward endings to some confessions (the guy was nothing like i thought) but it definitely grabs my attention at least. also humour. I've been super into guys who were literally everything i avoid just because of their humour.
