I ask because I´m currently in a situation where I again look for a relationship but I´m well aware that I have some work to do. I´m asking for tips, areas you would like guys to improve or change that I as a guy might be not aware of.

What Girls Said
- if you're overweight loose weight. if you're too scrawny, gain weight. try to workout a couple times a week, maybe hit the gym and try to build some muscle
- have good hygiene: like shower everyday. make sure you take care of your skin, hair, teeth, how you smell etc
- try to find a hairstyle that suits your face
- get good drip. make sure your clothes also fit your body type
- try to become a funner person to hang around. like try to get funnier, have better social skills, etc
- try to become more interesting. like get some hobbies if you dont have really any or go deeper into your hobbies, try to become a bit more 'cultured', get more experiences, etc
- try to appear/act more confident and assertive
@4ngelic has given you really good advice. All I can add to that is don't be an asshole. I heard a line in a series where someone said "You can't be fat and a bitch, pick one". It's unfortunately accurate. If you want to be in a relationship with a nice girl, and you think your looks are rather average, then you have to be a decent guy. You CANNOT be an asshole unless you are also rich. Of course no girl should be with an asshole but hot rich assholes get away with it a lot. Also don't beat yourself up too much if you can't completely change your body type. If you do the other things on that list and are a decent guy, you WILL find someone who likes and appreciates you. Being decent, clean, smartly dressed, confident and with shared interests is how you get them to give you a chance.
Dress stylishly, have a good haircut, look clean and well taken care of, smell nice, practice your smile, and look into techniques on how to act in a way that makes people like you.
