Look and act feminine - avoid anything that even hints at masculinity. Embrace your feminine energy.

Be sweet and friendly (unless you're around jerks - and if you are, leave and go somewhere else).

Get off your phone, leave your house, and go places locally where guys in your target age range are likely to be, or find local activities or groups that do things that you already enjoy doing, where guys are likely to be, and get involved with them. This could be the gym, a church, a sport, a movie club, a bowling league, a cooking class, or whatever might be available near you. It could be a restaurant or sports bar, a grocery store, a book store, or even a Home Depot. Just ask yourself "is it likely that I could have a conversation with a guy in my target age range there?" and if the answer is "yes", then it's a decent place to go to meet a guy.

Strike up conversations with guys, and focus more on their personality and values rather than their looks - after 6 months, you won't notice their looks much anymore, but their personality and values will matter to you every day.
