You should tell her ok to a second date, BUT NO SEX. That shouldn't have happened in the first place. On a first date? That is BEYOND too fast. Her reasons for not sleeping with you again, she should have considered and acted on before the first date. But if she is behaving differently towards you, back off and see how she responds to you.
