Aside from being disloyal and having no moral compass, they cheat out of sexual frustration.
The idea that they cheat for emotional reasons is a myth. I suspect that some women who say this are also playing the social game and they know that they're being dishonest. They're playing to the sis code. I'll explain.
It comes from the idea that women have sex in exchange for emotional connection and love, and men have sex just because they want sex. This is another myth. If this were true nobody would ever have one night stands or fuck buddies. Casual sex where both parties know exactly what's going on wouldn't exist because the women would never agree to it.
Women enjoy sex just as much as men do, perhaps more when it's good. I don't know about you but I've never had multiple orgasms where I writhed and screamed the house down, then had to lay there afterwards for 20-30 minutes to recover. They have sexual fantasies and desires just like men do.
Imagine a slightly prudish Christian woman who loves to cook and loves children vs a big titted slut who could suck a golf ball through a hose pipe and loves anal sex. The Christian girl has qualities you'd want in a wife and mother of your children. The slut is more sexually exciting and you'd bang her, but you wouldn't marry her. Different girls, different appeal.
Same thing for women. A nice guy who works a 9 to 5, is loyal, is good with children, they'll want as a husband. But if they're on Tinder looking for a hook up they're not looking for that guy, they want the 6' good looking muscular guy with hot tattoos who'll throw them around the bedroom.
I've been into BDSM for years. I've never had sex with married women because it just wouldn't feel right, but of course such a place attracts a lot of people with loose morals, including cheaters. If I found out that a woman was married I'd speak to her and ask why she's looking to cheat, why they don't divorce. It's the same story every single time. They're happy with the marriage, he's actually a nice guy, he just doesn't give them what they want in the bedroom. He's too soft, too gentle, not adventurous enough/too boring, or just doesn't give them an orgasm. So they want to stay married while having another guy on the side to scratch that itch.
If you want to paint women as this whole different creature, you'll never find an answer. It's not big penis, it all depends on the context. As in the relationship both parties still do look here and there, and if they don't confront each other about how these immature thrills that they have, and they keep bullshiting one another. Of course one may end cheating, plus I think even if a woman cheated with some guy who asserted more attractive character than her husband, than that is still lust.
If men cheat for sex, why don't they just have sex with their partner... So I don't think men cheat for just sex.. They cheat for the thrill of someone new or the thrill of doing something "forbidden" or because they really don't think about the feelings of anyone but themselves.. And all that could be said of women as well... People say men cheat because of sex or women cheat for emotional connection... But those are things you should be getting from your partner/relationship... And if you're not, you either work on those issues with your partner or you end the relationship before looking to fulfill the needs you aren't getting on your relationship. And not just for your partner's sake. Noone ever thinks of the person "cheated with" or their feelings. Why drag an innocent person into your failing relationship.

I agree with you on a lot of things but men tend to cheat because they want a new kind of sex but women don't view sex like that, that's why i'm here asking this.
New kind of sex? What does that even mean? Means a new person, cuz didn't I say that? Or different kind of sex, cuz that's where you try new things with your partner... The point is, if you KNOW you going to get bored having sex with just one person, why get into a committed, monogomous relationship, and then later think being bored or wanting new is a justification to cheat... People, male or female, don't make promises don't intend to keep
And so do men, have different smells, different size penises... Why do you keep making excuses for men who cheat? Yes women who cheat and look you in the eye and say they don't agree horrible. But so are the men that do the same exact thing to women... Don't make excuses for one gender and not the other... It's no better or worse it either cheat!! Men need to stop expecting women to be loyal in a relationship until they ready to be as equally loyal, instead of making bogus excuses... If you want a different sex partner, whether you male or female, End your current relationship FIRST!

Love is a verb. It's more than just a feeling and it takes work. If the sex is getting monotonous, work on spicing it up and focusing on your emotional connection. Remember what made you fall in love in the first place. My Opinion: a loving committed couple can have gentle, slow, sensual sex or they can fuck like wild animals. Both will deepen their bond, give them pleasure, and can both be an expression of love.

Men comment because women wonât give honest answers. They will say what they think the other party wants to hear or what other people have already said if it sounds good enough. Itâs not bad, this behavior comes from agreeableness which tends to be significantly higher in females, but it leads to a certain lack of forthright information when that information may be detrimental to the other partyâs opinion of them. Donât get me wrong, I donât think this is an act of malice, in fact I think it comes from a place of empathy, the issue is just that men donât operate that way when theyâre asking a question. They donât want to hear a certain answer, they are looking to better themselves in an effort to be better men to you and any woman.
Just tossing this out there, the goal isnât to be aggressive, simply to try to bridge the divide in communication styles.

I think it really giving women too much credit on the cheating for emotional response. I know of 2 cheaters and the cheating just happened. Not because of some revenge plot. They just was 2 women that wanted to be fucked in that moment and got it. They were not thinking emotionally. They were horny and thinking with their vagina. Just like how men think with their dicks sometimes.

There is no justification for cheating and it is awful but i may explain a little. Women have so many options when it comes to sexual relationships due to too many desperate guys who would have sex with every woman. There are enough easy guys who text taken women or throw themself at women. This may explain why cheating is so easy for women and why women have more self control since they stay loyal despite having so many options but average men dont have so many options. once a man get rich/famous and so have suddenly many options, they tend to cheat. So having many options and having less self control over your body explain why women (and men) cheat. In this case i even say women are more loyal when you compare them with rich/famous men since both of them have many options but rich/famous men tend to be cheater.
Women cheat for reasons of emotional fulfillment. If a woman is seeing a guy on the side and taking the risk of destroying what she has with somebody else, it's because the person that she is with or her life with that person is unfulfilling. I don't believe that women generally cheat for sexual reasons.

Let's see.
1) Man is abusive. Or negligent. Isn't a good boyfriend or husband. 2) Whim. Much like why men cheat. It's a chance to do so, so why not.
It's not justified but women cheat for, one could say, more in-depth reasons than men. Men cheat because they feel they can, they should. Women more often cheat because relationship is flawed.
Cheaters in general either cheat for sex. But moreover the thrill. Cheating gives them the thrill of doing something wrong and getting away with it. They get the stability of a good relationship and the thrill on the side. They want it both. And they deserve neither.
Mostly the same reasons as men do. For sex, sexual/physical pleasure or it could be due to the fact that they get more attention from the other man as compared to their partner. Could also be because the other man has more appealing qualities as compared to their partner which results in the woman getting attracted to that man and which progresses to cheating.
I do not buy the common argument that men and women cheat for different reasons. Both cheat because they are unsatisfied and unfulfilled in their relationship. What satisfies and fulfills men and women may vary somewhat but the underlying reason for cheating is the same.
People who are satisfied do not cheat.

3 women tried to cheat on their partners with me. One was in a happy relationship just wanted to cheat. The other two were on dates with their boyfriends and eye signalled to me when they were away. All 3 interactions went wrong and I am glad they did.
