How old were you when you had your first kiss?

Technically I was in elementary school when I had my first kiss, but I’m not sure if that really counts? Otherwise, haven’t kissed anyone.

Well, I consider that I had two first kisses. I know that sounds odd, but hear me out.

The first I was in 6th grade (or thereabouts). So twelve I think. My friend was asking me if I had my first kiss. I said I hadn't, and for some reason he was seized with the idea that this must be remedied! He called up his cousin, who he knew liked me, and invited her over. She arrived, and the two of us went across the street to this empty lot where people stored old cars and trailers. Me and my friend's cousin snuck into a trailer for privacy and we kissed. It was... meh. I wasn't into her, but she was enthusiastic. I emerged with a vague feeling of embarrassment, but it was a learning experience I guess. Technically this was my first kiss, but I don't consider it my first kiss.

My first *real* kiss, was when I was 14. It was my first girlfriend. She was my friend's cousin (what is it with me and my friends' cousins?). She was staying with my friend and his family over the summer. They asked me to go with them to Solvang, a town in California's Santa Ynez Valley that is like a quaint little Danish village. We had a picnic at Lake Cachuma. The two of us took a walk by the lake, then we sat down in the grass. Her eyes locked on mine and there was a silence. I leaned in and kissed her. AND WOW!!! I will never forget it. The warmth of the sun on us. The breeze whispering through the trees. The softness and gentleness of her kiss. The way how we couldn't seem to hold each other close enough. How she caressed my neck. How her warm, soft cheeks felt as I cupped them in my hand. How we sighed and cooed and giggled. How my heart soared out of the galaxy!

So I consider *that* to be my first kiss. I mean, c'mon! Which would you prefer to think of as your first kiss? A mediocre kiss inside a dirty abandoned trailer, or a heart melting kiss on a summer afternoon by a lake? To me the choice is clear.

I don't want to count my first kiss with my ex girlfriend. She wasn't a girlfriend at all. She asks me to sleep with other people our age. Not only that, we never spent time together. How we became "girlfriends" happened when we were at a sleepover at her grandmother's. We didn't know each other then.
During the night, we had sex. We kissed during it.

I don't want an open relationship... Unless it's a no-strings-attached one and if I don't have any feelings for the person.

14 or 15 I think but then when I was little (maybe 7), there was a guy in my class who'd take me by the hand (for no reason) and we'd walk around the school during recess. But for me, it was more like "you wanna walk with me? yeah sure"
