Forget asking, it should be mandatory in any relationship for both partners to have a clean bill of health before moving into any intimate aspect of the relationship. So yes, I think it's perfectly fine to ask. Just don't believe them until you have authentic medical paperwork saying it's true though, because there are a lot of two faced liars in this world.
I had STD once, even when I used condom and she was the third girl I have ever had sex with. It was fungus. Happily it was gone after a week of treatment.
I have no problem telling that, or anything else. Probably the responses won't be what you like to hear, but that's life anyway. Shit happens, you correct it.
They have a right to ask you anything. It's up to you if you want to be honest. As long as you are currently clean I guess it's ok to lie but wouldn't be a great start to the relationship
Before things get heated, it's normal to ask this, at the end of the day it's your health your risking, and you might even risk it permanently, so why risk it?
I'd do it right away

They can ask whatever they want.
Will you answer it it is another matter.
I might be wrong but some illnesses do not go away completely, only remain dormant and might infect new partner.
And yes, I would like to know all STD/Is she had or currently have and all clear from Doc in writing before I get in there... and prepared to do same for her.
You've every right to know if someone is going to put your health at risk, and make informed decisions.
Not only do they have the right but they should. Also getting an STD test for both parties before knocking boots would be good idea that doesn’t occur often.
If I'm having sex with a woman and we are dating then I think I should know her sexual history as far as having STD'S
They, have the right to say because it's their life too
Yes if you plan on having unprotected sex of course
Hell yeah. I ask that to all these broads. I don't wanna no dirty disease puss
I always ask and as far as I know they have always been honest. I will walk away if it offends her.
Yes, because we can't be sure
Now or prior? If prior should not matter
