Guys: is sense of humour a Top priority when dating women? what if the girl doesn’t understand your sense of humour but she good at other components?

It is important, but the longer you spend around someone and see how they click you can start to get it. The European staff that work with us say they like the British humour. Its not for everyone. My humour I think deep, I have known people now passed and present we can bounce off each other so they immediately get what we are saying or showing they will have a quick response that's the best. Something's are more difficult such as from different countries if it isn't universal if a program isn't played from another country for example, it can go over someone's head. The best way is ask the person can you explain that.

Most of the women that I have dated/loved, have been attracted to me, because of how I made them laugh, and how I made them feel safe, with me.

To me that sounds like the perfect girl my humor is very dark in a lot of different ways even though it's funnier than funny but I think that would be an added bonus if she didn't understand it because then I could tease a little bit before LOL and at the same time still making it all about her and making her feel at ease with it because of the things I might say and do I think that's the perfect girl for me

Well she doesn't have to do stand up but she should have the ability to laugh at funny things though I don't require her to laugh at the same things I do since I laugh at things other people don't laugh at and seldom laugh at things other people do laugh at.

No, but it would be very hard and unlikely to get any kind of relationship going, when after everything i say, she looks at me with this "WTF is wrong with you" facial expression.

So unless there is any other strong connection going on, its most likely to end after the first date.

Do you realize how many female dating profiles say they "love to laugh" and a requirement for her is that a man can "make her laugh"? Fuck, women are really looking for a court jester, not a man.

Great question. Honestly, though, humor and laughter is very important to me. So I would need to be with someone who at least understands my jokes, even if she doesn't think they're funny.

I agree with you! It usually takes me a bit to catch on to a joke (maybe why I love the corny jokes best). I do however find the attempts to make me laugh endearing, but I feel bad for missing the joke.
