I feel you.
depends why you are in this situation.
are you in it because your physical circumstances are genuinely oppressive and very hard to hussle out of.
or is it more an emotional cause. Due to pain/ grief/ etc you have been unable to commit and follow through to studies, work, savings, and goals to improve your life.
you have to first determine which one it is. Before taking a course of action. If it’s the second. It’s surprising how fast life can turn around once you start committing to things.

Believe it or not, yours are not a failure. I had meet peoples who are in their early and mid 30s but still do not want to work at all while depending fully on his / her parents money. What make thing shitty is they even have the balls to request for government monetary aids not because he or she disable or having hard time to find job. Nah, they simply don’t want work at all and wanted spend time for illegal racing or doing nothing. You on other hand are quite opposite. As long as you keep going regardless the result. You are not a failure. I meet lots of people who are still struggle in their life but that doesn’t make them failure. Just keep trying. For started, find a job where its near public transport or those where you ride a bicycle with. Then upgrade slowly to motorcycle before car. Possessing house while quite important but first you must have the financial strength and transportation to go and forth from it.
Okay- you are only 29 and you have your whole life ahead of you. You need to take a real good look at yourself and try to figure out why you are a little behind your peers.
If it is some mental condition like phobias or anxiety you need to seek professional help. Otherwise, focus on one thing, get a drivers license. Take the learners permit test, find a friend or trusted adult to take you driving or go to a drivers ed course, take the test and pass it.
This will give you a drivers license but also show you that you can accomplish something pretty cool if you put your mind to it.
Then find a job. Or maybe get some training for something you might be interested in. This is hard but it will be worth it.
Life is hard but hanging out on social media complaining about it does not help.
This doesn't seem like the kind of thing a random person on the internet can help with. The only people who can really help you at this point is yourself and a therapist. This seems like an issue that deals with your motivation or willingness to improve yourself.

Why don't you have these thingsWell, have you tried getting those things? I have no house and no car, have always had a job though (well except for a short period of time). Not much of a sucess though. Not sure if that will be what makes you feel like you have succeeded honestly.
find a job counseling center, there are tons of free ones, they will help you put things back together piece by piece and you'll meet a lot of nice people
The only way to improve your quality of life is having a job. So work on finding a job first
