If she is your girlfriend tell her this and If she refuses break up with her. If she is your wife be a man. You are responsible for your wife’s happiness and well-being. She is probably neither happy or healthy when it comes to her body. If you want her to stop drinking then you should completely cut it out too. If you want her to go to the gym then don’t expect her to go by herself you should bring her and help her through every step. You need to make sacrifices and be a leader. Honestly it’s your partly your fault that it happened on the first place. BE A MAN.

A: be honest with her and let her know that you want her to get healthy because it's a health concern. Only do this if you really want to be with her though.
B: be honest with her and break up with her
