When you said "old car" I thought you meant from the 50's, 60's.

In that case yes!
What about a 90s Corolla?
That will be an oldie in another 20 years.
I wouldn't care. As long as the car works.
Why wouldn’t you care?

A car is just meant to get you from point A to point B. If it’s not cramped and the AC and radio work it’s probably fine by me. Having good fuel economy is a plus. Vehicles that have some utility like a pick up truck or a box van come in handy when you need to move some stuff or haul a trailer or boat. If you live close to a race track then a sports car or motorcycle can be fun for entertainment on weekends or whatever. It doesn’t matter the age of the vehicle so long as it does what it’s suppose to do.
I would but there is more. I find that the old clunker is probably one of the best forms of materialism filter that there is. I noticed that I have always had more with the clunker than the new plastic one always. I always leave mine looking like it just ran through a cross country Baja and I am always driving a different one. I had one woman by her idea go out and wash my windshield because she thought I was going to get in an accident from lack of visibility. They are always guessing what I am driving today. What kind of bizarre vehicle am I in today? I have driven vehicles I bought that have been in major collisions that I roughed out with a sledge and another time drove a full sized ag tractor and parked it right in front of the office. One thing is for sure, the women find this goofy sh_t entertaining while I am just doing what is normal for me.
Absolutely, as long as it has four wheels and is reliable.
So no motorcycle?
Or moped?
Cool motorcycle?
Yes I would, it’s better than dating someone who doesn’t own a car at all.
You’ve dated someone who doesn’t own a car at all? Sounds like you have experience.
Yes I have, I was the one driving us around. I will never go down that path again!
How old is "old" though? I myself drive a car that was made in 2004. Is that "too old"?
1990s
Yes.
1. A person's character has nothing to do with the vehicle he/she drives.
2. In my country new cars are most frequently driven by rich people since these alone, it seems, can afford new cars.
3. I, too, drive an old car.
Hell yeah! My man is driving a 2001 honda? toyota? one of those. I know nothing about cars, but it runs and its affordable.
Does it have a spacious back seat?
@JuliaStyles I've never rode in the backseat, but the backseat has some good extra room for stuff when we're traveling
yes, my cars have always been old, and some are decades old
I’d date someone who drives ANY CAR. As long as it wasn’t a gay looking car.
car doesn't really matter it's the person
That is something i would not even think about.
I’m sorry but no I won’t
How come?
But what if he makes a decent salary $45K but just has an older car?
Like a brand new car and all?
How new of a car? What years
