I think so, but tell him that you are not interested in that other guy if that is the case. Thing is, I don’t really think it would be a bad idea to tell the guy who shows interest in you that you already have a boyfriend. If he is a normal guy, he won’t take it personally.
Might as well. You're already thinking about this other guy so you might as well tell him so he can get on with his life and not waste his time with someone that isn't gonna be faithful.
